Job role
As part of our Nordic Surety & Guarantee team, you will be based in our Oslo office and serve the local Norwegian market. We are a small team responsible for servicing the existing customer portfolio as well as acquiring new customers. You will collaborate closely with our risk department and receive their support, while also working alongside colleagues from various departments and countries. The work environment is informal. Customer focus and professionalism are key elements in supporting the growth strategy decided for the guarantee operation within the Allianz Trade.
We are looking for someone who is detail oriented, eager and willing to learn and gain new competencies and has the “Can-Do” attitude. You will be developing the skills within the role together with your colleagues while preparing the documentation.
Key responsibilities/What you do
- Documentation such as surety & guarantee contracts, security documents etc.
- Frequent contact with existing customers.
- Credit analysis and assessment of companies across branches and approvals
- Preparation of reports on key clients to be presented to relevant decision-making bodies
- Underwriting of specific projects and surety & guarantee wording
- Internal and external follow-up on various KPI’s and statistics
- Participation in ad hoc projects
Key requirements/What you bring
Your personal qualifications are important to us, and you should therefore be able to recognize the following:
- Detail oriented and analytical mindset
- Curious and open-minded
- Fluency in both written and spoken English and Norwegian is an essential skill.
- It is a merit if you have a basic knowledge of Underwriting for specific projects and surety & guarantee wording
- We are looking for a candidate who possess a basic awareness of Artificial Intelligence technologies and is enthusiastic about learning and integrating AI into everyday business processes.
