Overall Objectives of Job

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Technical Lead to oversee and manage our development team working on SpringBoot/Angular, DevOps project. The ideal candidate should have a solid background in SpringBoot/Angular development, possess exceptional leadership and communication skills, and have a proven track record of successfully delivering complex web applications.

As a Technical Lead, you will be responsible for guiding and supervising the development process, internal DevOps activities & QA process thereby ensuring timely project delivery, and fostering a collaborative and productive team environment.

Qualification & Experience

 

  • Any certification in Java technology will be an added advantage.
  • 8+ years of experience in Java based technologies.
  • Expertise in Spring, Hibernate and REST based web services
  • Exposure to Angular framework, Cloud and DevOps tools is an add on advantage
  • Exposure to Azure, AKS & Helm is an added advantage

Skills/Specific Tasks/Activities performed

Technical (e.g. Coding (Java), Testing (Unit))

  • Advanced Java - Spring, Hibernate and REST based web services
  • Angular - JavaScript, Typescript, HTML, CSS/SCSS and RESTful APIs
  • Possess a strong understanding of SpringBoot framework, web development standards, best practices, and emerging trends.
  • Provide architectural guidance and make informed decisions on technology stack and design approaches.
  • Participate in code reviews, ensuring adherence to coding standards and quality guidelines.
