What you do

  • Harmonize the usage of the Jira Master Platform (JMP) across all Allianz Trade projects by configuring and administering Jira projects, workflows, permissions, and custom fields in alignment with Allianz Trade’s standards.
  • Design and implement Jira automations to streamline processes and enhance efficiency.
  • Provide 1st line user support for EazyBI and Jira, including ad hoc metric/dashboard creation and troubleshooting, ensuring adherence to Allianz Trade’s guidelines.
  • Manage and optimize EazyBI dashboards, ensuring data accuracy and relevance, while supporting stakeholders with customization needs.
  • Collaborate with and challenge Indian AZ JMP administrators for project setup, maintenance, and issue resolution, ensuring compliance with Allianz Trade’s requirements.
  • Develop, maintain, and improve metrics and custom reports in EazyBI, ensuring that common metrics are maintained and approved under the oversight of the ACE team.
  • Track and report on project progress, agile metrics (velocity, burn-down charts, cycle time), and other KPIs.
  • Document EazyBI dashboard configurations and metrics processes, ensuring all documentation is kept up-to-date and accessible for users.
  • Evaluate and enhance existing metrics and Jira configurations, proposing and implementing improvements to optimize performance and user experience.
  • Create, update and maintain related metric process descriptions and slide decks.
  • Present and train relevant teams on the usage of the metrics and linked processes. If needed, create relevant training material.
  • Proactively communicate changes made to the settings in the Jira Master Platform (JMP) to ensure transparency and alignment across teams.
  • Assess, prepare and move reports from EazyBI to MicroStrategy as relevant.

 

What you bring 

  • In-depth knowledge of Jira administration and configuration, including JQL, workflows, schemes, and permissions.
  • Proven experience with EazyBI: dashboard creation, metric analysis, ad hoc reporting, and 1st line user support.
  • Familiarity with Jira plugins such as Xray, Zephyr, Advanced Roadmaps, and BigPicture.
  • Ability to describe in detail technical/functional requirements to be implemented in the Jira Master Platform (JMP) while effectively collaborating with and challenging Indian Jira administrators for project setup, maintenance, and issue resolution in enterprise Jira environments.
  • Understanding of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and agile metrics.
  • Ability to provide transparency regarding ongoing and upcoming actions.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, particularly in a multicultural environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a global team, under the supervision of the ACE team.
  • Proactive, self-driven, and committed to continuous learning and improvement.
  • Strong sense of ownership and accountability for deliverables.
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken) is required.
  • Experience working in an international or matrix organization.
  • Knowledge of Allianz Trade operational rules and handbook.
  • Experience in migrating Jira instances from server to cloud.
  • Jira Administration certification or equivalent experience.
  • EazyBI training or proven hands-on experience.
  • Agile/Scrum certification is a plus.
