Job Summary
This role leads the overall business strategy and performance of Johor Bahru and Batu Pahat branches, driving agency expansion, recruitment growth, productivity enhancement and sustainable sales performance in alignment with the Company’s Southern Region aspirations.
Key Responsibilities
- To grow Recruitment Portfolio for Southern Region
- To onboad and hand-hold new agencies in Southern Region.
- Developing and managing the agency development and maintenance activities.
- Strategizing and managing agency transformation activities in achieving high productivity agency force.
- Responsible to rebuild the sales momentum of aging agencies by assisting the agency leaders to groom younger agents to take-up the role as business driver.
- Revive the spirit of competition amongst the agencies within area of supervision.
- Act as the guardian to agencies in ensuring that compliance is being up-hold in conducting life insurance business.
- To groom junior team members in delivering business aspirations while nurturing them take-up more responsibility in the future.
- To carry out ad-hoc activities whenever required by the Company in achieving Company aspirations.
- To plan, manage, and monitor agencies’ performance and to drive agencies to achieve KPI target assigned.
- To conduct regular review with agency leaders to identify performance gap, formulate action plans to address identified gaps, implement and monitor action plans to ensure success in the KPI Target assigned.
Key Requirements
- Degree holder with 7–10 years’ experience in agency/sales leadership.
- Proven track record in managing multi-branch performance and delivering regional KPIs.
- Strong leadership, recruitment and agency expansion capability.
- Strategic thinker with strong business planning and execution skills.
- Effective stakeholder management and performance coaching ability.
- Willing to travel within assigned territory.
- Familiar with the use of ChatGPT for tasks simplication
