Team and role overview
This role supports the Group C&B - International Mobility team in managing compensation and benefits practices within an international environment
Your main responsabilities
- Assist in analyzing and implementing compensation and benefits policies.
- Collaborate with HR teams to manage international mobility processes, including transfers and expatriations.
- Provide administrative support in HRIS data governance, performance management, and other HR-related activities.
- Assist in various Compensation & Benefits processes to ensure smooth execution.
- Participate in ad hoc C&B projects as needed.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of HR processes and tool

Who you are
- Thourough and strong analytical skills.
- Proficiency in Excel.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Fluency in English is essential.
- French is a plus
- Ability to work effectively in a team and communicate clearly.
