Junior IT Risk Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain IT risk management processes within the organization.
• Understand and apply IT risk management frameworks and methodologies such as ISO 31000, COBIT, and NIST.
• Identify, assess, and document IT risks across applications, infrastructure, and processes.
• Maintain and update IT risk registers, track risk status, and support risk reporting.
• Ensure alignment with DORA and GDPR requirements.
• Conduct threat analysis and vulnerability assessments.
• Support audit readiness by preparing IT risk documentation and addressing audit findings with corrective actions.

Must-Have:

• Proficiency in IT risk management frameworks and methodologies.
• Skills in threat analysis and vulnerability assessments.
• Conducting access reviews and supporting audit readiness.

Nice-to-Have:

• Understanding of DORA and GDPR requirements for IT risk.
• Ability to document and optimize processes and contribute to policy development.
• Support for training and awareness initiatives related to IT risk.

Qualifications, Experience, and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 2-3 years of experience in IT risk management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
