Ideal for an experienced claims professional with a nursing degree—whether you’ve led teams before or you’re a senior specialist ready for a leadership step and real career growth

What You’ll Do

  • Act as the technical point of contact and escalation owner for complex or high-cost cases.

  • Coordinate cross-border assistance and provider interactions to ensure quality care and cost control.

  • Monitor SLAs, quality, and spend; report performance and drive process improvements.

  • Handle complaints and operational escalations professionally and within timelines.

  • Coach and oversee 1–3 direct reports; support hiring, onboarding, and training.

  • Apply approvals within authority and escalate with clear, evidence-based rationale.

  • Partner with assistance, provider networks, underwriting, and operations to enhance outcomes.

What You’ll Bring

  • Nursing degree (RN/BN or equivalent) strongly preferred; other medical backgrounds considered.

  • Solid experience handling medical claims in travel insurance/assistance or related settings.

  • Proven clinical judgment with strong cost-awareness and customer focus.

  • Advantage: Prior team leadership or coaching; ready to step into a formal lead role.

  • Clear communication in English; Mandarin is a plus.

  • Legal right to work in Malaysia.

  • Location: UOA Centre, KLCC.

Nice to Have

  • Emergency/acute care experience.

  • Background in travel and assistance operations.

  • Experience engaging providers across Malaysia and Singapore.

What Success Looks Like
