Key responsibilities/What you do

Allianz Partners have high ambition to develop Specialy Lines businesses wordwilde -composed by  Easy Living, Mobile Device / Digital Risk (MDDR) and Automotive Warranty-, to strengthen Operations in Czech Republic and Slovekia  providing peace of mind to our clients and B-partners along the entire assistance journey, enriching our value proposition.

 

Your role will be to develop, strengthen and monitor provider network, beeing always in a position to provide expected services to end customers, as best price and quality in your respective area.

 

As part of your role, you will be in contact with Allianz Partners Business units in APAC (ie: Australia, India, China, Thailand, Indonesia, Mena, Hong Kong, Singapore…)  to implement strategics initiaves, and design vision and strategy in line with development plans.

Your will report to the Global Head of Network, and will be supported in a daily basis with central expert matter team.                                                                



Key repsonsibilities:

-  Ellaborate, design, implement LoB strategy

- Support tenders and sales effectivness

- Identify cost competitivness initiatives, and design business cases accordingly.

- Ellaborate, monitor and steer network performances with network providers​‌



Key requirements/What you bring


You will have the responsibility to overseeing all network activities of the organization in APAC area, which includes:

-   Network Management Expertise: A strong understanding of network management principles, including the ability to oversee and optimize network performance, cost savings, troubleshoot issues, and ensure high availability.

-   Vendor Management: Experience in managing relationships with assistance providers, ensuring service level agreements (SLAs) are met, pricing negotiations, and driving continuous improvement in the delivery of assistance services.

-   Contract Management: Proficiency in negotiating pricing and managing contracts with assistance Providers, including defining service scope, performance metrics, and compliance requirements.

-   Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with assistance technologies and platforms, such as telecommunication systems (Device OEMs/services and Car OEMs/services), contact center solutions, and provider portal tools.

-   Compliance and Quality Assurance: Knowledge of regulatory requirements and quality standards applicable to assistance services, such as GDPR, data privacy, and customer service best practices.

-   Project Management: Experience in planning and executing assistance network-related projects, including Provider integrations.

-   Stakeholder Communication: The ability to effectively communicate with internal stakeholders, assistance providers, and other relevant parties to ensure alignment and collaboration.​‌

- Define and harmonize optimized Network processes standard.

- Identify, manage and roll out cost efficiency initiatives in your region.

- Increase the use of digital channels with service providers and end-to-end management.

- Manage functionnally local Network manager in the respective Business Units under your scope

- Manage global frame agreements (e.g. from legal term definition to contract termination, compliance, fraud, etc).​‌

-   Leadership and Team Development: The capability to lead and develop a team responsible for managing the assistance provider network, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.​‌
