Job Summary
To strategize and provide sales support to internal and external stakeholders in delivering targets of the division/region/branch. Assist for the development and sustainability of Financial Advisors ("FA") and Partner Incentive Program ("PIP").
Key Responsibilities
· To achieve business targets as assigned by the Company.
· To provide updates to FA on the Company’s latest development and compliance matter.
· To execute FA transformation activities in achieving high productivity FA force.
· To drive, manage, and monitor FA’s performance.
· To conduct regular performance reviews with FA leaders and advisors to ensure that their performance is on track.
· Assist for the development plan of Partner Incentive Program (PIP) and execute the initiatives relevant to the strategies formulated for PIP.
· Work closely with regional colleagues in meeting the aspirations set for PIP.
· To analyze and track the overall performance of PIP to ensure agencies are achieving the desired result.
· To conduct constant audit on PIP operating procedures to ensure spirit of PIP is being uphold in protecting the long-term interest of both the agency leaders and agents.
· To conduct relevant training in grooming the agency leader and agents to excel within PIP.
Requirements
· Candidate must possess at least Bachelor Degree, Professional Degree in any discipline.
· At least 5 years working experience in similar role
· Result driven, able to achieve targets assigned and able to work independently
· Good interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage and maintain relationship with agencies and management.
· Well verse in both verbal and written communication skills – English in particular.
· Good in presentation skills and possess basic excel /report analytical skills
· A team player.
· Must possess own transport.
· Familiar with using AI Tools such as Chatgpt for simplification and process improvements.
