We’re looking for a hands-on AI Automation Lead to drive AI-driven automation initiatives from concept to production. You’ll design, build, and deploy agentic AI and intelligent automation solutions, while providing technical leadership and ensuring production-ready delivery.
This role is ideal for someone who leads by building—comfortable with hands-on development, architectural decision-making, and guiding teams through complex automation challenges.

What you’ll do

Own technical design and architecture for AI automation initiatives

Build and deploy agentic AI solutions using frameworks like LangGraph, AutoGen, CrewAI, or similar

Design multi-agent workflows for end-to-end automation (e.g., document processing, decision automation)

Integrate AI solutions with enterprise systems via APIs, databases, and automation platforms

Define and enforce engineering standards through code reviews and technical mentoring

Ensure solutions are production-ready with monitoring, CI/CD, and operational safeguards

Partner with stakeholders to identify automation opportunities and guide delivery execution
What you bring

7+ years of hands-on automation development experience, including production deployments

3+ years of recent experience working with AI/ML or LLM-based automation

Practical experience with agentic AI frameworks (LangGraph, LangChain, AutoGen, CrewAI, or similar)

Strong understanding of workflow orchestration and system integrations

Familiarity with Azure cloud services (Azure OpenAI, Functions, Logic Apps, or equivalent)

Experience with Python, APIs, CI/CD, and automation platforms (Power Automate, UiPath, n8n, etc.)

Proven ability to act as a technical lead, mentor developers, and deliver solutions to production
