The Allianz Externship is a 3‑day learning and selection program designed for individuals exploring a career in financial advisory and sales. This program provides a structured introduction to Allianz Malaysia, our customer-focused approach, and the opportunities for a career with Allianz for those with an entrepreneurial mindset.

What We’re Looking For
We welcome applicants who:
- Are interested in building a sales-driven or advisory career
- Have an entrepreneurial spirit and enjoy engaging with people
- Demonstrate strong communication and a drive to succeed
- Are fresh graduates, final-year students, or early-career professionals seeking a dynamic work environment
Familiar with the use of AI tools like ChatGPT for tasks simplification

- Shortlisted candidates will receive a confirmation email
- Attend the first 2‑Days session to have an understanding of the program (17–18 April 2026)
- Interview on Day 3 (19 April 2026)
