Job Summary
The Sales Strategy will analyze sales data, monitor performance, and identify growth opportunities. They will collaborate with branches and marketing teams to support campaigns, manage performance, and provide actionable insights. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders to achieve business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Analysis and Performance Monitoring
- Analyze agency portfolios to identify sales opportunities and areas for growth.
- Monitor and evaluate branch sales performance and profitability, providing actionable recommendations.
- Provide support for ad hoc reports and statistical analysis as required.
Campaign and Marketing Management
- Handle and monitor agency sales campaign results, including analyzing campaign effectiveness.
- Manage and oversee campaign management activities in the agent’s portal, SAT system.
- Analyze and manage marketing activities of branches to ensure alignment with sales objectives.
Stakeholder Communication and Support
- Facilitate communication with branches on sales-related issues to ensure smooth operations.
- Assist in managing club member performance and benefits, ensuring alignment with business goals.
Event and Campaign Support
Assist in organizing sales events and campaigns, contributing to the planning and execution when necessary.
Key Requirements
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Business, or a related field is preferred
- More than 2 years of working experience
- Good command of English and Bahasa Melayu
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI or other related tools)
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data
- Highly committed, with a strong sense of teamwork and collaboration
- Able to work independently and proactively in a fast-paced environment
- Familiar with the use of AI tools such as ChatGPT for tasks simplication
