Responsible to support the development, management and successful execution of 3600 marketing and communication plans of the various customer segments and agent recruitment across all relevant channels to optimize brand and customer value. This includes working with multiple stakeholders and external partners to plan, develop and execute customer activation campaigns to meet campaign objectives.  

 

You'll be responsible for:

The job and responsibilities narrated below covers for both Allianz Life and Allianz General:

  • To assist in the design and implementation of marketing and activation strategies for segment and recruitment marketing. 
  • To support in implement the Go-To-Market strategies for new campaign/event launches, taking into consideration of market data, customer segment insights and distribution capabilities.
  • Plan, monitor and optimise the communication plans across various platforms e.g. digital, social media, traditional to ensure the communication message reaches out to the right target audience at the right time.
  • Create targeted campaigns with contents that are suited to the unique needs of the segments.
  • Conduct post-campaign/events reviews to assess the effectiveness of the campaigns/events to help shape future marketing strategies.
  • Collaborate with the Sales team and respective stakeholders in executing campaigns/events and prepare the sales tools to ensure that our distribution channel is equipped in the best possible way to deliver the business objective and target.
  • Responsible in the management of the media and creative agencies to ensure efficient and effective business needs and expectations are met.
  • Ensure programs and activities are executed within the approved budget to meet KPIs and timelines.
  • To assist in the implementation and maintenance of Department and companywide operational and administrative processes and ensure compliance with governance requirements. 

 

Important to your success:

  • Bachelor's  degree in Marketing/Communications/Business Management
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in relevant field
  • Good communication skills, proficiency in English, Mandarin, and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively.
  • High attention to detail and a commitment to delivering quality work.
  • Proven ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities to drive innovative solutions.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Canva.
  • Familiar with the use of AI tools such as ChatGPT for tasks simplification
