Assistant Manager/ Manager, Performance Marketing Specialist, Digital Marketing

This role includes planning, executing, and improving data-driven digital marketing campaigns to boost customer acquisition, lead generation, and sales conversion. It leverages AI, marketing technology, and analytics to enhance campaign performance, streamline customer journeys, and deliver clear business results.
You'll be responsible for:
- Lead performance marketing across SEM, Paid Social, Display, Email and Affiliate channels.
- Manage digital marketing budgets to optimize ROI, ROAS, CAC and conversion.
- Plan, execute and optimize integrated digital marketing campaigns.
- Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights through dashboards and reporting.
- Drive conversion rate optimization (CRO), A/B testing and customer journey improvements.
- Leverage AI and marketing automation to improve campaign efficiency and personalization.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, agencies and vendors to deliver campaigns.
- Identify new digital growth opportunities, emerging technologies and marketing trends.
- Ensure compliance with Allianz Corporate Identity, regulatory and governance requirements.
- Manage campaign budgets and deliver agreed business KPIs.
Important to your success:
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or related discipline.
- Minimum 3–5 years' experience in Performance Marketing or Digital Marketing.
- Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, GA4 and digital analytics.
- Experience in SEO/SEM, Paid Media, Marketing Automation and CRO.
- Strong analytical, project management and stakeholder management skills.
- Familiar with AI-powered marketing tools and data-driven decision making.
- Excellent communication, collaboration and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with AI tools like ChatGPT or Copilot is an added advantage.
