Why this role matters

Robotic Process Automation (RPA) plays a key role in driving operational efficiency, reducing manual effort, and enabling scalable digital transformation. As an Automation developer, you will design, build, and deploy intelligent RPA solutions using UiPath and related automation tools. The role helps the organization optimize business processes, ensure automation governance, and deliver highquality, resilient bots that improve productivity and accuracy across multiple functions.

What you’ll do

RPA Development & Solution Engineering (Primary Focus)

  • Design and develop endtoend RPA workflows using UiPath, following best practices, coding standards, and architectural guidelines.

  • Build reliable and scalable automations using UiPath REFramework, reusable components, templates, and modular design patterns.

  • Perform process assessment and feasibility analysis to identify automation candidates with strong ROI.

  • Develop, configure, test, and deploy bots in UiPath Orchestrator, including scheduling, asset management, queues, and triggers.

  • Support UAT, troubleshoot issues, and ensure smooth deployment to production environments.

  • Provide production support during hypercare, including monitoring, debugging, and performance optimization of bots.

  • Document TOBE automated workflows, technical specifications, and configuration details.

  • Collaborate with IT, QA, Operations, and business SMEs to ensure seamless automation delivery.

  • Ensure strict adherence to RPA governance, security standards, and compliance requirements.

  • Strong communication and stakeholdermanagement skills — able to elicit, challenge, and refine requirements.

  • Strong process mapping, analysis, and documentation skills.
