Business Development Manager, Bancassurance

Job Summary
- To develop the Bancassurance distribution channel by assisting the regional business partners to achieve the overall productivity and profitability.
Key Responsibilities
- To achieve Bancassurance goals and financial targets
- To formulate sales strategies to increase productivity and activity ratio of business partners
- To analyze and monitor the execution of sales activities and action plans
- To provide end-to-end support and guidance to sales team to achieve Bancassurance targets
- To train, coach and motivate sales team in sales presentation, negotiation skill and objection handing
- To support and participate all launches and events organized by the Company/ business partners
- To support internal and external stakeholders in achieving Bancassurance targets
- To provide Joint Appointment as and when needed
- Any other duties as and when deem necessary
Key Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Business Studies/ Administration/ Management, Marketing or equivalent.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Preferably candidate with 5 years of relevant working experience in life insurance industry with sales experience in Bancassurance
- Highly results oriented
- Possess own transport and must be willing to travel
- Familiar with the use of AI tools such as ChatGPT for tasks simplification
