Key Responsibilities

• Assess quantum of claims.
• Conduct negotiation on claims settlement.
• Identify potential fraud claims through system and manual triggers.
• Review policy liability.
• Attend to claims queries from customers, third parties, agents, brokers, branches, and claims hubs.
• Obtain necessary claims documents from insured parties, solicitors, underwriters, agents, brokers, etc.
• Assess claims based on supporting documents/reports, such as medical, police, survey, and sketch plans.
• Offer settlement to workshops, third parties, and insured parties.
• Conduct investigations and mediate complaints with resolutions.

Key Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in any related field.
• Working experience in OD claims processing is preferred.
• Experience in OD loss adjusting and car repair shop will be advantageous.
• Ability to work independently and as a team player.
• Good communication and writing skills.
• Familiar with the use of ChatGPT or AI tools for tasks simplication
