Key Responsibilities
- Assess quantum of claims.
- Conduct negotiation on claims settlement.
- Identify potential fraud claims through system and manual triggers.
- Review policy liability.
- Attend to claims queries from customers, third parties, agents, brokers, branches, and claims hubs.
- Obtain necessary claims documents from insured parties, solicitors, underwriters, agents, brokers, etc.
- Assess claims based on supporting documents/reports, such as medical, police, survey, and sketch plans.
- Offer settlement to workshops, third parties, and insured parties.
- Conduct investigations and mediate complaints with resolutions.
Key Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in any related field.
- Working experience in OD claims processing is preferred.
- Experience in OD loss adjusting and car repair shop will be advantageous.
- Ability to work independently and as a team player.
- Good communication and writing skills.
- Familiar with the use of ChatGPT or AI tools for tasks simplication
