Job Summary
Support the delivery of automation, data and AI initiatives by developing workflow automations, operational efficiencies, AI solutions that improve productivity across the organisation. Assist business functions through automation and continuous process improvement while ensuring alignment with Data & AI standards and business priorities.
Key Responsibilities
- Support implementation of automation initiatives across business functions by designing, developing and maintaining automation solutions using approved automation tools.
- Identify manual, repetitive and operationally intensive processes and recommend automation opportunities.
- Document automation workflows, controls, user guides and operational procedures.
- Monitor automation performance and ensure operational stability and business continuity.
- Support testing, monitoring and continuous improvement of AI-enabled solutions.
- Provide support in implementation of AI and automation-related projects, working with business users to support solution delivery.
- Ensure automation and reporting solutions adhere to governance and security requirements.
- Perform any other Data & AI-related responsibilities assigned by the Manager, in support of business priorities and organisational objectives.
Key Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in relevant disciplines including engineering, data analytics or IT, etc.
- 1 – 2 years’ experience in data analytics and/or the insurance industry. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Proficient in using Microsoft tools such as Power Automate, Power BI, software such as Python and AI tools such as Claude, GPT with prompting skills is preferred.
- Willingness to learn, proactiveness to take initiative, attentiveness to details and strong sense of commitment to outcome delivery in a timely manner.
- Good communication skills and collaborative attitude among the team and various business functions.
