Job Summary:

Responsible for driving digital partnerships and ecosystem growth by identifying, onboarding, and managing platform-based partners. Focuses on leveraging digital channels, data insights, and technology to generate business opportunities, optimise partner performance, and ensure seamless digital processes and delivery.

 

Key Responsibilities:

1. Digital Partner Acquisition & Ecosystem Growth
• Identify, onboard, and manage digital partners (e.g. platforms, marketplaces, fintechs, aggregators, and referral ecosystems).
• Develop and execute strategies to grow digital distribution channels and expand ecosystem reach.
• Evaluate potential partners based on digital capabilities, audience fit, and scalability.
• Drive integration of partners into digital platforms (APIs, portals, embedded insurance).


2. Digital Performance, Analytics & Optimization
• Monitor and analyze partner performance using data dashboards and digital tools.
• Optimize conversion funnels, customer journeys, and digital touchpoints to improve performance.
• Collaborate with internal teams to enhance user experience across digital platforms.
• Use data insights to recommend improvements in campaigns, product positioning, and partner strategies.


3. Digital Campaigns & Enablement
• Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns with partners (e.g. co-branded campaigns, online activations).
• Develop and manage digital content, sales tools, and communication materials for partners.
• Ensure partners are equipped with updated digital assets, product information, and system access.
• Support automation of partner communications and campaign tracking.


4. Platform, Process & Compliance Management
• Manage digital workflows for partner onboarding, contract management, and operational processes.
• Ensure smooth execution of digital processes, including submissions, tracking, and reporting.
• Maintain compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements in all digital activities.
• Work with tech teams to improve systems, tools, and integration capabilities.


5. Relationship Management & Digital Training
• Build and maintain strong relationships with digital partners through structured engagement.
• Conduct training sessions and onboarding programs focused on digital tools, platforms, and processes.
• Act as the key point of contact for partner support, issue resolution, and continuous improvement.
• Promote adoption of digital tools and best practices among partners.

 

Key Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Degree in Marketing or equivalent.
  • 2 years of working experience in the General Insurance industry or equivalent, with good knowledge of General Insurance products.
  • Fresh Graduates can also apply
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Passionate about providing good service and ability to network.
  • Persuasive with good negotiation skills.
  • A team player, able to manage relevant stakeholders and ensure timely compilation of deliverables.
  • Able to work independently and take initiative, with minimum supervision.
  • Familiar with the use of ChatGPT or other AI tools for task simplification
