Job Summary
Support digital content creation and back-office operations for our online insurance channel. You'll help improve how we communicate with customers and streamline internal processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Digital Content & Communication
- Create and update content for our purchase journey and email campaigns
- Coordinate with agencies and internal teams to deliver content on time
- Help improve the customer journey from website visit to policy purchase
Back-Office Operations & Process Improvement
- Support policy management processes, quotations, renewals, and portfolio updates
- Flag inefficiencies and suggest improvements to manual workflows
- Assist in testing and implementing process automation initiatives
Market Research
- Monitor market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activities
- Provide insights to support business decisions
Key Requirements:
- Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree in Statistics/ Administration/ Management, Finance/ Accountancy/ Banking or equivalent. Other fields of study are welcomed.
- Interest in digital marketing, e-commerce, or process improvement
- Detail-oriented with good organizational skills
- Experience with automation tools or process improvement is a plus
- Familiar with the use of AI tools such as ChatGPT for task simplication
