Executive, System Optimization (Contract)

To provide support on system development initiatives, manage projects & development processes from end-to-end, product development research and support as well as analysis relating to intermediary journey, system/services
You'll be responsible for:
- System Change Management: Prepare UR Checklists for System Change Requests (SCR) and Change Requests (CR) submissions for new and enhanced products on SAT & Opus.
- Testing and Quality Assurance: Provide UI UAT testing support for system development initiatives, including SAT development and product UATs. Conduct User Acceptance Testing to validate system changes and ensure alignment with business requirements.
- Business Requirements and Coordination: Identify and articulate business needs, translating them into clear IT system and service requirements.
- Coordinate with product owners and distribution channels to ensure enhancements are user-friendly for agents and consider underwriting requirements.
- Data Analysis and Strategic Development: Analyze and monitor customer data to support strategic development, including white spot analysis. Develop strategic approaches combining distribution and product insights.
- Campaign and Brand Management: Monitor campaign fulfillment to enhance customer satisfaction, maintain brand reputation, and optimize operational efficiency.
- Training and Development: Conduct system training for new and existing product enhancements.

- Critical thinking to evaluate market needs, business processes and user requirements
- Good communication skills as role requires constant engagement with various stakeholder
