Position Summary
We are looking for an experienced HR Generalist to support us on managing HR processes while supporting day-to-day administrative operations. The role plays a key part in ensuring a positive employee experience and smooth office operations.
What you'll be doing
Talent Management & Recruitment

Manage end-to-end recruitment: job postings, screening, interviews, contracts, and records

Oversee onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure a positive employee experience

Drive employee retention initiatives by understanding engagement and attrition trends
Learning & Development
-
Identify training needs and coordinate with Heads of Departments

Liaising with global Learning and Development Community to ensure requirements and learning hours are met

Track training participation and development outcomes
Employee Relations & Engagement

Act as first point of contact for HR queries in terms of benefits, claims etc

Support implementation and communication of HR policies

Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives to reinforce company culture

Promote a positive workplace aligned with company values
HR Operations & Administration
-
Ensure HR practices comply with labour laws, statutory requirements, and internal policies
-
Maintain accurate employee records, personal files, and HR systems
-
Provide general administrative support across the organisation
-
Manage office supplies, and vendor relationships
-
Support day-to-day office coordination and ad-hoc HR/admin projects
-
Other adhoc requests as and when required.
What we're looking for
-
Minimum 3- 5 years of experience in managing end-to-end HR functions. As this is a start-up environment this candidate should have a follow through attitude.

Good command of written and spoken English is a MUST. As this would require the candidate to be involved in employee engagement as well a presentations.

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

Strong communication and organizational skills. A positive mind set with a go getter.

Good knowledge of local labour laws and HR best practices

High level of integrity and professionalism

Ability to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities effectively

Adaptable and resilient.
