Job Summary

• Join Allianz Malaysia’s Data & AI Office and support the development of AI and automation solutions that improve operational efficiency, reduce manual effort, and enable smarter ways of working across the organization.
• The role focuses mainly on process automation, with exposure to AI and Generative AI where they enhance automation outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Development & Solution Design: Assist in process review, requirement gathering, solution design, development, testing, deployment, troubleshooting, and enhancement of AI and automation solutions using approved enterprise tools and platforms.
• Documentation & Validation: Prepare and maintain process flows, solution logic, user guides, technical notes, test scenarios, and other project documentation. Support testing, validation, user acceptance activities, and ongoing improvement tracking.
• Collaboration & Continuous Improvement: Work with cross-functional teams to support AI and automation initiatives, participate in discussions and knowledge-sharing sessions, and contribute practical ideas to improve processes, productivity, and user experience.

Requirements

• Availability for at least 3 months Internship
• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, Artificial Intelligence, Business Analytics, Engineering, or a related discipline
• Strong interest in process automation, AI, Generative AI, digital transformation, and practical business problem solving
• Basic knowledge of Python, Power Automate, Microsoft 365 tools, prompting skills, or other automation technologies is an advantage
• Able to understand business processes, think analytically, pay attention to details, and communicate clearly with different teams
• Curious, proactive, willing to learn, and committed to delivering quality outcomes in a timely manner
