Job Summary
To provide end-to-end support to Corporate Clients Solution Department
Key Responsibilities
- Generating claim listing, member listing, statement of advice, summary of benefits and provide premium listing.
- Assist on sending renewal reminder.
- Send out E-billing upon request.
- Attend the enquiries via emails or Teams Group chat.
- Assisting on urgent chat or any ad hoc task required
Key Requirements

Candidate must currently pursuing or recently completed a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Business Studies/Administration/ Management, Marketing or equivalent

Good communication and interpersonal skill

Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel
- Proficient in using AI tools such as ChatGPT to simplify work and processes
