Internship, Affinity & Digital Partnership Operations

Job Summary
Support the Affinity & Digital Partnership team in driving strategic partnerships and digital product distribution initiatives. The intern will assist in market research, partner analysis, campaign tracking and other operational functions to support the growth of digital platforms. This role offers hands-on exposure to digital insurance distribution strategy and data-driven decision making.
You'll be responsible for:
- Support day-to-day operational matters to ensure smooth execution of partnership and digital initiatives.
- Conduct market research to identify potential digital platforms, ecosystems partners and new partnership opportunities for online insurance distribution.
- Monitor competitors’ activities and industry development in the digital insurance and embedded insurance ecosystem.
- Assist in analysing customer trends, partner performance and campaign results using internal data and external sources.
- Prepare presentation materials, reports and illustrate findings for internal discussions and management updates.
Key Requirements
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, Economics, Actuarial Science or related disciplines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Power Point.
- Good communication skills (written and verbal).
- Detail-oriented, organized and able to work independently.
- Interest in digital business model, partnerships and the insurance industry
- Minimum internship duration: 3-6 months
