Internship, Agency Recruitment Support

Do you believe the sum of the parts is greater than the whole?
We are looking for a highly motivated individual to support agency recruitment strategy and execution. You will be exposed to business support and governance, stakeholders management, and performance tracking to drive quality recruitment and business growth.
You'll be responsible for:
Support recruitment performance monitoring
- Assist the team in managing daily tasks.
- Provide administrative support to streamline recruitment operations.
- Assist in streamline the application reporting process for efficiency and accuracy.
Enhance recruitment proces
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify potential opportunities for process improvement.
- Participate in initiatives to simplify and automate Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Assist in the documentation of process changes and improvements.
Important to your success
- Currently pursuing a Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree or or recent graduates in any field
Internship Intake: Oct Onwards
Internship Duration: Min 3 months
Location: The Bousteador, 10, Jalan PJU 7/6, Mutiara Damansara, PJ
