Job Summary

• Plan Allianz4Good CSR Initiatives
• Budget plan, tracking and monitoring
• Event planning, coordination and implementation of Allianz4Good programmes and acitivities under the CSR pillars
• Monitoring and evaluation of projects under the said pillars
• Effective communication, good record keeping and reporting. Establish good working rapport internally and externally

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, monitor and manage Allianz4Good projects.  
• Evaluate for Allianz4Good projects. 
• Work with various NGOs/Social enterprises on CSR projects that aligned with CSR pillars
• Assist in all administration tasks for CSR projects roll out and implementation
• Well versed with Corporate Governance  and policies pertaining to CSR  
• Content writing for newsletters, social media post, press release, annual reporting and other general communications 
• Effective public relations and record keeping
• Coordinating events, volunteering activities and trainings
• Support in preparing production of videos or photos of CSR initiatives

Key Requirements

• Minimum Degree in Business Administration, Sustainability or equivalent
• Good interpersonal and organisational skills
• Ability to work independently, resourceful and able to multitask
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
• Good project management skills and team work
• Excellent computer knowledge including AI Tools, Microsoft Office and SharePoint
• Familiar with use of AI tools such as ChatGPT for tasks simplification
