Job Summary
To provide support and assistance in routine financial reporting and finance operation task. Exposure to local regulatory reporting and requirements on insurance industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in preparation of interim financial statements and Bursa Quarterly reports;
- Assist in preparation of Annual reports;
- Assist in preparation for Analyst Briefing slides;
- Assist in Transfer Pricing documentation;
- Assist in data compiling and document filing;
- To assist team members on ad hoc requests from stakeholders;
- To assist in routine reporting and finance operation tasks
Key Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Financial Reporting, Commerce, Economics, or a related discipline.
- Professional accounting qualifications (e.g., ACCA, CPA, CIMA, ICAEW, MICPA) or candidates pursuing professional certifications will be an added advantage.
- Strong analytical and numerical skills with attention to detail.
- Good organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to meet reporting deadlines.
- Ability to compile, analyze, and interpret financial data accurately.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to work with internal stakeholders.
- Strong sense of responsibility and accountability.
- Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to support team members.
- Familiar with use of AI tools such as ChatGP
