We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented intern to join our Human Resources team. This role will primarily support administrative tasks and assist in preparing HR-related reports. The internship provides valuable exposure to HR operations and is ideal for students or recent graduates interested in pursuing a career in Human Resources.

 

 

You'll be responsible for:

 

  • Assist in preparing HR reports and presentations (e.g., headcount, leave tracking, compensation & benefit reports)
  • Support data entry, validation, and maintenance of HR databases and systems
  • Help organize and maintain employee files and documentation (physical and digital)
  • Coordinate meeting schedules, prepare agendas, and take minutes when required
  • Support the HR team in any other tasks as assigned

 

 

Important to your success:

 

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a diploma/degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Willingness to learn and take initiative
  • Able to commit for the full duration of the internship
  • Familiarity with AI tools like ChatGPT or Copilot is an added advantage.

 

 

Internship Intake: Oct Onwards

 

Internship Duration: Min 3 months

 

Location: Menara Allianz Sentral ( Near KL Sentral)

 

 

What to expect during the process:

  5. Final Selection: After the interviews, successful candidates will be notified and offered a position in our internship program.
