You will be primarily responsible for back office operation support and promoting quality customer care with passion and enthusiasm.
You'll be responsible for:
- Responsible for the back office operation support
- Signature verification, scrutiny and create service in system
- Perform endorsement / changes to policy contract
- Involved in scanning of documents to upload
- Documents acknowledgment, sorting, updating of incoming mails & dispatching outgoing mails
- To process / approve various types of financial and non-financial endorsement
- Registration claims documents and underwriting submissions
- To process PB requests
- General Administration task includes dispatching work.
- To ensure compliance with the Standard Operating Procedure for Personal Data Protection (“SOP”) & ASIDM.
- To ensure compliance of FSA 2013, SOPs, Guidelines & Procedure issued by relevant bodies.
- To undertake any other duties and responsibilities requested by the management as and when required.
Important to your success:
Candidate must possess or currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management or any other relevant field of studies
Required skill(s) : Ms Excel , MS Power Point & MS Word
Ability to leverage AI tools like ChatGPT for automating routine tasks and enhancing productivity.
