Job Summary

Responsible for designing marketing and recognition materials, assisting with photo and video projects, creating motion graphics, and supporting departmental events.

You'll be responsible for: 

1. Social Media Content

• Design artwork for promotional and agency recognition materials, as well as visuals for digital publishing.
• Assist with photo shoots for company events and activities.
• Support filming and video editing tasks.
• Create motion graphics and videos for social media platforms.
• Participate in and support departmental or agency-related events.

2. Collateral Management

• • Assist the team in generating nationwide agent posters on a daily and monthly basis.
  • Ensure the timely completion of deliverables.
  • Conduct thorough verification of reports and posters to ensure accuracy of details.
  • Manage and maintain updates to the agent master list and folder, including names and photographs.

Key Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Art, Design, Advertising, Multimedia, or equivalent.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite tools: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Adobe Premiere.
• Knowledge of online content tools in graphic design, video production, HTML, or Dreamweaver is an advantage.:
• Enthusiastic about visual design, video production, and digital marketing.
• Open to learning new skills and exploring creative approaches.
• Full of creative ideas and capable of working independently or collaboratively with team members.
• Available for a duration of 3 to 6 months.
• Familiar with the use of ChatGPT for tasks simplication
