We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented intern to join our Operations Team. This internship offers a unique opportunity to learn about the operational aspects of Employee Benefits, including policy issuance and administration, client communication, and process optimization
You'll be responsible for
- Assist with the administration of Employee Benefits policies, including data entry and document management.
- Support the team in handling client inquiries and providing timely responses.
- Collaborate with team members to streamline processes and improve operational efficiency.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for enhancing service delivery.
Important to your success:
- Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with AI tools like ChatGPT or Copilot is an added advantage.
Internship Intake: Dec Onwards
Internship Duration: Min 3 months
Location: Menara Allianz Sentral (Near KL Sentral)
What to expect:
