Internship - Change Management Program

Objective
To support the change management by assessing the current organizational culture, identifying change readiness gaps, and contributing to the design and execution of a people-centered change management roadmap aligned with agile, DevOps, and digital transformation initiatives.
Looking for students studying in either one of below fields:
- Information Technology (IT)
- Business Information Systems
- Data Science/Data Analytics
Job Scope:
Support the Change Manager by ensuring change requests progress smoothly through their lifecycle, with all relevant information accurately documented before closure. General responsibilities include assisting with change ticket list extraction/review and status update, report preparation, reviewing tickets, and preparing meeting minutes and etc.
