Responsible for leading the strategy, governance, optimization, and continuous enhancement of customer digital platforms and AI-driven capabilities to improve customer experience, operational efficiency, digital engagement, and business growth. The role oversees end-to-end digital initiatives including planning, implementation, stakeholder management, delivery governance, performance optimization, and innovation across customer ecosystems.

 

You'll be responsible for:

  • Lead and manage customer digital platforms including portals, mobile apps and digital engagement ecosystems.
  • Drive customer experience (CX), self-service capabilities, personalization, digital adoption, and operational improvements across digital channels.
  • Identify and implement AI, analytics, automation, API, and emerging technology opportunities to enhance customer engagement and business outcomes.
  • Develop and execute digital product roadmaps, governance, delivery tracking, and performance monitoring initiatives.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across business, distribution, marketing, operations, IT, data, compliance, and external partners to align digital initiatives with organizational objectives.
  • Manage project delivery activities including planning, execution, risk management, quality assurance, SIT/UAT, deployment, and operational readiness.
  • Analyze customer behavior, market trends, competitor landscape, and digital innovations to identify enhancement opportunities.
  • Drive stakeholder engagement, change management, and continuous improvement initiatives to strengthen digital transformation and servicing capabilities.

    

Important to your success:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Advertising/Media, Computer Science, Multimedia, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing, Commerce or equivalent with at least 5 years of experience in relevant field.
  • Savvy with digital marketing tools and platforms.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, detailed and highly creative with the ability to think out-of-the-box.
  • Excellent analytical and project management skills with multi-tasking ability & work well under pressure.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Results oriented, effective collaborator and communicator with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with AI tools like ChatGPT or Copilot is an added advantage.
