Manager, Digital Partnership Sales Support

Job Summary

Support the Head of Digital Partnerships in the execution and operational management of strategic digital partnerships. The role is responsible for coordinating partner onboarding, sales support, operational delivery, performance reporting and cross-functional execution to ensure an efficient, scalable and seamless partner experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end implementation and onboarding of new digital partners.
• Serve as the primary operational liaison between partners and internal stakeholders.
• Support sales activities by preparing quotations, proposals, presentations and marketing materials.
• Coordinate product launches, campaigns and partner enablement initiatives.
• Monitor partner performance, prepare business reports and provide insights to improve business outcomes.
• Ensure timely resolution of operational issues and continuous process improvement.
• Work closely with Product, Operations, IT, Underwriting, Legal and Compliance teams to facilitate successful partnership delivery.
• Maintain governance, documentation and service standards for all digital partnerships.

Key Requirements

• Degree in Business, Marketing, Finance or related discipline.
• 5–8 years’ experience in sales support, business operations, partnership management or project coordination.
• Strong project management and organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, reporting and presentation preparation.
• Experience in insurance, financial services or digital distribution is an advantage.
• Familiar with use of AI tools such as ChatGPT for tasks simplification
