Job Summary

Our dedicated Special Schemes & Tender unit unlocks growth through tenders and scheme‑based opportunities. As Operation Executive, you’ll be the engine room for documentation, portal management, and cross‑functional coordination, ensuring we submit complete, compliant, on‑time bids that help the team win more.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

Tender Operations and Compliance

  • Orchestrate non‑technical tender requirements and documentation from intake to submission, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and audit readiness.
  • Prepare, check, and finalize all non‑technical tender documents and compliance forms by deadline.

 

Portal and certificate administration

  • Manage e‑Perolehan and other tender portals (set‑up, tracking, uploads, submission proofs).
  • Maintain and renew common tender credentials (certificates, licences, statutory docs) ahead of expiries.

 

Cross‑functional liaison

Serve as key liaison to secure required inputs from Company Secretary, Finance, Corporate Communication, and Market Management and/or other internal stakeholders —so every pack is submission‑ready.

 

Materials and Reporting

  • Produce marketing materials, presentation slides, brochures, and flyers for scheme/tender needs.
  • Compile monthly reports and support other internal/external reporting and compliance submissions on time.
  • Keep systematic records and checklists; spot process gaps and propose practical fixes that improve speed and quality.

 

Key Requirements

  • Preferable candidate with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business or equivalent
  • More than 2 years of working experience
  • Good command of English and Bahasa Melayu
  • Must be good in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint 
  • Have a strong sense of commitment and team work
  • Able to work independently with minimum supervision, meticulous attention to detail
  • Familiar with the use of AI tools such as ChatGPT for tasks simplication
