As a Process Automation Analyst, you play a pivotal role in identifying automation opportunities, mapping business workflows, and shaping highquality automation solutions that unlock measurable value.
What you’ll do
The purpose of this role is to closely observe business processes and find out the potential processes which can be automated by multiple robotics tools. The role reports in to the Automation Manager/Head and key function is to process design and implement creative RPA solutions for the organization, working alongside the RPA team, key stakeholders and local experts and be able to question, challenge and consider options and alternative solutions for automating business processes and maintain adequate automation pipeline.

Perform Opportunity Assessments, analyse business processes, identify potential automation opportunities, propose RPA strategy and provide the solution by checking the scalability of the RPA client architecture.

Work closely with teams in the identification of business requirements, functional design, process design and implementing change requirements.

Design process solutions in accordance with the design principles and standards specified and use core workflow principles that are efficient, well structured, maintainable and easy to understand.

Fully and clearly document business processes to the granular level of detail that is required for an automation program. Creating the – PDD (Process Description Document), and SDD (Solution Design Document) in detail and working closely with developers to understand and assist the creation of solution design, ensuring the solution meets the business requirements.

Support process owners to create, user acceptance test (UAT) documents, identifying all the process scenarios and their expected outcomes.

Acting as a central point of knowledge and control for business processes, communicating with the developers, subject matter experts (SMEs) and the business process owners to answer any queries that arise during the development and testing of an automated solution. Updating all the RPA and business stakeholders across the project delivery cycle.

Provide support and assist the automation manager/Head in the creation and ongoing evolution of the automation operating model and governance framework to ensure they remain fit for purpose, enabling business benefit to be delivered efficiently.

What you bring

3+ years of experience in RPA/automation business analysis, with strong understanding of UiPath or other automation platforms and how automated workflows are structured and executed.

Proficient in process mapping and documentation, including Visio/BPMN modeling, and capable of creating detailed PDDs/SDDs with clear business rules, logic flows, and exception handling.

Strong analytical and problemsolving capability, able to evaluate processes, identify automation opportunities, and decompose complex workflows effectively.

Skilled in Agile/Scrum delivery, quickly learning new business domains (including insurance), and collaborating seamlessly within sprint-based teams.

Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and documentation tools, producing highquality reports, presentations, and structured process artifacts.

Strong analytical and communication capability, including skilled requirement gathering, clear documentation, confident verbal collaboration, and the ability to challenge assumptions constructively.

Effective stakeholder and crossfunctional engagement, partnering seamlessly with SMEs, developers, and business/technical teams while demonstrating solid relationship and expectation management.

Highquality delivery discipline, applying bestpractice methods in process mapping and analysis, supported by strong presentation, timemanagement, and reporting skills within collaborative automation teams.
