Job Summary

To formulate and execute the strategies to achive regional KPIs and provide sales support to internal and external stakeholders in delivering Division/region’s targets. Regional Manager is also required to groom junior team members to take-up bigger role in mid-term.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • To formulate and execute strategies in developing and managing agencies of various nature at various locality.
  • To achieve business targets assigned by the Company. Collaborate closely with agency development team is vital in achieving the new benchmarks set for years ahead
  • To provide updates to agency force on the Company’s latest development and compliance matter.
  • To execute agency transformation activities in achieving high productivity agency force. 
  • To provide timely support to internal and external stakeholders.
  • To manage, track and monitor agencies’ performance.
  • To conduct regular performance reviews with agency leaders and agents to ensure that their performance is on track.
  • To motivate/coach/provide timely support to agency force to achieve production targets.
  • To ensure compliance is being up-hold in conducting life insurance business.
  • To conduct relevant training to agency force.
  • To plan and organize activities that drive productivity.

 

Key Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor Degree, Professional Degree in any discipline.
  • At least 8 years working experience in similar role.
  • Result driven, able to achieve targets assigned and able to work independently
  • Good interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage and maintain relationship with agencies and management.
  • Well verse in both verbal and written communication skills – English in particular.
  • A team player.
  • Must possess own transport and willing to travel.
  • Familiar with the use of AI tools such as ChatGPT work tasks simplification
