We're looking for a technically strong developer with emerging program management skills to drive AI hyper automation initiatives from concept to production. In this role, you'll build and deploy agentic AI solutions that automate complex business processes end-to-end, while coordinating cross-functional delivery and stakeholder communication. This is a hybrid role for someone who loves to code and architect automation solutions, but also thrives on orchestrating execution, managing dependencies, and ensuring process excellence across the organization.

What you'll do

 

Hyper automation Development : 

 

 

  • Build and deploy agentic AI solutions using frameworks like LangGraph, AutoGen, CrewAI, or similar orchestration platforms 

  • Design and implement multi-agent workflows that automate end-to-end business processes (e.g., document processing, decision automation, intelligent routing) 

  • Develop integration pipelines connecting AI agents with enterprise systems (APIs, databases, RPA tools, business applications) 

  • Create automation workflows using Azure Logic Apps, Power Automate, or custom orchestration engines 

  • Implement monitoring, error handling, and fallback mechanisms for production automation workflows 

  • Write clean, maintainable Python code with proper testing and documentation 

  • Build CI/CD pipelines for automated deployment of AI agents and workflows 

 

Process Excellence & Program Coordination: 

 

  • Map existing business processes and identify hyper automation opportunities with measurable ROI 

  • Lead process discovery sessions with business stakeholders to document current-state workflows 

  • Design future-state automated processes with clear handoffs between human and AI agents 

  • Coordinate sprint planning, backlog grooming, and delivery timelines for automation projects 

  • Track project dependencies, risks, and blockers—escalating and resolving issues proactively 

  • Maintain project documentation including technical specs, process maps, and deployment runbooks 

  • Prepare status updates, demos, and executive briefings on automation program progress 

  • Collaborate with business analysts, IT teams, and process owners to ensure smooth adoption 

 

What you bring 

 

Required Technical Skills: 

 

  • 5+ years of hands-on development experience with Python (professional or substantial project work) 

  • Practical knowledge of agentic AI frameworks (LangGraph, LangChain, AutoGen, CrewAI, or similar) 

  • Experience building LLM-based applications or multi-step AI workflows 

  • Familiarity with Azure cloud services (Azure ML, Functions, Logic Apps, or OpenAI Service) 

  • Understanding of API integration, webhooks, and event-driven architectures 

  • Working knowledge of Docker, Git, and CI/CD concepts 

  • Experience with process automation tools (Power Automate, AWS Quick, n8n, Zapier, or RPA platforms is a plus) 

 

Required Program Management & Process Skills: 

 

  • Experience in project coordination, business analysis, or process improvement roles 

  • Understanding of process mapping methodologies (BPMN, flowcharts, swimlane diagrams) 

  • Ability to facilitate workshops and gather requirements from non-technical stakeholders 

  • Strong organizational skills—able to manage multiple workstreams and competing priorities 

  • Experience with project management tools (Jira, Azure DevOps, Monday.com, or similar) 

  • Proven track record of delivering projects on time with clear communication
