Senior Executive, Business Analyst

Job Summary

• Scope of Application: OPUS System and its upcoming newly migration system DXC and its integrated applications
• Responsible to translate the business requirements into technical documents and business diagram in compliance with Allianz prescribed standards in order to facilitate the development of accurate functional specification.
• Manage, coordinate and work with the Business Stakeholders and Business Users to ensure business requirements are aligned to the goal and objectives. 
• Prioritization of OPUS enhancements

Key Responsibilities

• Understanding business process and requirements of multiple business domains.
• Requirement gathering & produce effective communication and/or business requirement documents such as process flow diagram, interface design & functional specification.
• Perform and/or coordinate User Acceptance Test (UAT) and documentation.  
• To maintain, register, update status as JMP workflow and to ensure the proper closure to the request once done production deployment.
• To maintain and ensure the User Requirement (URs) and UAT Signoff documents store into the SharePoint according to beacons no.
• Manage and coordinate business requirements across various functional areas/units/dept with respective stakeholders. Understand their requirement and business process and translate the business requirement into technical document for IT system development.

Key Requirements

• Min 3 years experience in insurance company in an IT role or system application tester role.
• Having knowledge about overall structure and insurance company.
• Good communication skills and ability to liase with different level of people
• Quick learner with strong analytical and problem-solving abilitie
• Familiar with using AI Tools such as ChatGPT in proces simplification
