Job Summary:

Responsible or assist in the business operations, development/ enhancement of digital assets, managing digital projects and initiatives. Carry out activities to support the business, handling of digital assets and innovation.

 

Key Responsibilities:

Digital Project Management

  • Lead, steer, manage and coordinate digital related projects.
  • Carry out activities related to the planning, design, building, testing and deployment of new functionality for existing or new applications or digital assets, including major upgrades or enhancements of existing applications.

Process Analysis & (Re)-Design

  • Design and redesign of digital related processes in conjunction with representatives of functions.
  • Management of process improvement initiatives, bundling of business requirements and enhancement of processes.
  • Management and coordination of digital related cross- functional projects.

Business-IT Translation

  • Harmonize business requirements and translate business requirements into IT-requirements.
  • Validate application testing and conduct user acceptance tests activities.

 

Key Requirements

  • Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree in Business Studies/ Administration/ Management, Finance/ Accountancy/ Banking or equivalent. Other fields of study are welcomed.
  • Preferably with more than 1 year of experience in business analysis and/or project management. Ability to bridge gaps between business and IT, communicate effectively in both functional and technical terms, and support structured project delivery. Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A team player and able to manage the relevant stakeholders and ensure timely compilation of deliverables.
  • Familiar with the use of AI tools such as ChatGPT for tasks simplication
