Senior Maneger, Actuarial Valuation

In this role you're responsible for ensuring timely and efficient delivery of regional financial reporting, while continuously improving the quality of financial information to meet shareholder objectives.
You'll be responsible for:
- Ensure accuracy, quality and timeliness of reporting to feedback results achieved and to highlight areas at risk to ensure sustainable growth.
- Accountable for Allianz Group Reporting including Value of New Business and IFRS17, modelling, among other.
- Prepare business plans to identify key risk areas and develop appropriate mitigation strategies to ensure sustainable growth.
- Support organizational transformation by strengthening actuarial controls and processes to achieve target productivity.
- Keep track and ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures as well as regulatory requirements.
- To lead and develop actuarial staffs to improve technical know-how of the Department.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by Management.
Important to your success:
- Degree or Postgraduate in Actuarial studies
- Candidates with 8 to 15 years of Actuarial Valuation-related work experience are encouraged to apply
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- High learning agility and work efficiency
- Good verbal, written and communication skills
- Self-motivated and proactive with a strong drive for success
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Familiarity with AI tools like ChatGPT or Copilot is an added advantage.
