Temporary Clerk, Document Disposal (6 Months)

Responsible for managing document housekeeping and disposal processes in compliance with Allianz’s record retention policy. This role ensures accurate verification and quality control of physical documents prior to disposal.
You'll be responsible for:
- Perform verification and quality checks on physical documents to ensure they have been properly scanned and meet criteria for disposal.
- Ensure all processes comply with Allianz’s document retention and disposal guidelines.
- Maintain accurate records of reviewed and disposed documents.
- Identify and escalate any discrepancies or issues found during the verification process.
- Support continuous improvement efforts to enhance document management efficiency.
You'll be responsible for:
- Ability to work independently and manage tasks effectively under tight deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and compliance.
- Able to handle high-volume work in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Microsoft Word and Excel, is an added advantage.
- Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT or Copilot is an added advantage.
