Temporary Operations Support

We are looking for a Temporary Operations Support to provide administrative and operational assistance across various departments within the organisation. This role supports day‑to‑day operations, ensures accurate processing of information, and helps maintain service quality during peak periods, projects, or temporary workforce needs.
The position is suitable for candidates who are organised, detail‑oriented, and comfortable working in a structured, process‑driven environment.
You'll be responsible for:
- Provide administrative and operational support to assigned departments (e.g. Operations, Claims, Underwriting, Policy Administration, Finance, P&C).
- Assist in data entry, document preparation, and record management in internal systems.
- Support processing of policies, claims, reports, or other operational tasks, depending on department needs.
- Perform basic checks and validations to ensure accuracy and completeness of information.
- Liaise with internal teams to follow up on missing information or pending items.
- Maintain proper documentation and ensure compliance with internal procedures and guidelines.
- Support ad‑hoc tasks, projects, or backlog clearance as required.
Important to your success:
- SPM or higher qualification may apply
- Basic computer skills (e.g. Microsoft Word, Excel).
- Able to follow instructions and work in a structured, process‑driven environment.
- Detail‑oriented and organised.
- Able to communicate clearly in English; Bahasa Malaysia proficiency is an advantage.
- Willing to work on a temporary / contract basis.
- Familiarity with using ChatGPT to assist with daily tasks
