What you do:
- Offer, sell, and provide consultations to the bank's clients regarding the full range of banking products for individuals.
- Provide comprehensive banking services to individual clients.
- Substitute the Cashier during leave or sick days.
- Be familiar with the bank's main competitors in the retail banking market.
- Identify clients' needs and offer the most suitable products and services.
- Identify opportunities for cross-selling to existing clients.
- Attract new clients.
- Ensure timely reminders and collection of debts from clients.
- Take targeted actions to retain the bank's clients.
What you bring:
- Higher education (a degree in Economics is an advantage).
- A minimum of two years of experience in the banking sector is a significant advantage.
- Willingness to handle cash operations and substitute the Cashier when needed.
- Proficiency in English is an advantage.
- Computer literacy.
- Strong communication skills, organizational abilities, composure, and adherence to confidentiality.
- Ability to work in a team.
- Basic familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT.
