Customer Relationship Expert

What you do:

• Offer, sell, and provide consultations to the bank's clients regarding the full range of banking products for individuals.
• Provide comprehensive banking services to individual clients.
• Substitute the Cashier during leave or sick days.
• Be familiar with the bank's main competitors in the retail banking market.
• Identify clients' needs and offer the most suitable products and services.
• Identify opportunities for cross-selling to existing clients.
• Attract new clients.
• Ensure timely reminders and collection of debts from clients.
• Take targeted actions to retain the bank's clients.

What you bring:

• Higher education (a degree in Economics is an advantage).
• A minimum of two years of experience in the banking sector is a significant advantage.
• Willingness to handle cash operations and substitute the Cashier when needed.
• Proficiency in English is an advantage.
• Computer literacy.
• Strong communication skills, organizational abilities, composure, and adherence to confidentiality.
• Ability to work in a team.
• Basic familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT.
