Role Description
Are you ready to embark on a rewarding journey with our Direct Customer Contact team in Lancaster?
We're seeking an enthusiastic and proactive individual to come and join our fantastic team in banking assurance or broker markets, where you'll become a key player as a direct customer assistant.
In this dynamic role, you'll be the friendly face and reassuring voice that our customers turn to, expertly guiding them through their insurance needs with clarity, empathy, and professionalism.

The start date for this role will be in March 2026 and assessment days will take place across 22nd, 27th and 29th January.
Salary Information
Starting at £24,500
