The role bridges business and development teams, cross-functional technical teams, and senior stakeholders to plan, manage, and implement change effectively. Operating at both strategic and delivery level, the role owns technical risk, drives resourcing and financial compliance, and leads senior resources to ensure consistent, high-quality project outcomes.

Qualification & Experience
- 10+ years in IT infrastructure delivery, with 4+ years in a technical lead / delivery lead capacity
- Proven experience managing and influencing senior/experienced resources without direct line authority
- Strong working knowledge of at least 2–3 of: Wintel, Middleware (Kubernetes, JBoss, MQ), Database (SQL/Oracle), Cloud (AWS/Azure), Network, Security Ops, infrastructure and application platforms.
- Proven experience managing multi-region or multi-stakeholder technical transitions/offshoring programs
- Strong cross-functional team leadership — able to coordinate technical, business, and development stakeholders toward shared delivery goals
- Solid grasp of Release, Change, Incident, and Problem Management (ITIL-aligned)
- Experience managing vendor/third-party delivery relationships
- Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills
- Excellent Project Delivery Reporting, and MIS
- Experience with project financials — resourcing, billing, margin tracking
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or equivalent experience
- Demonstrated delivery of infrastructure consolidation, migration, or remediation programs

- Lead technical delivery of infrastructure projects (migrations, upgrades, transitions, offshoring/onboarding) from design through go-live
- Own project-level technical risk, dependencies, and issue resolution across cross-functional technical teams (Wintel, Middleware, Database, Network, Security Ops, Workplace Services)
- Work with business and development teams to plan, manage, and implement changes as part of project delivery
- Drive transition/knowledge-transfer (KT) plans for offshored or resourced workstreams, ensuring service continuity
- Contribute to CMDB, Change, Problem, and Incident Management processes as they relate to project delivery
- Support capability ownership transitions (e.g., shifting service/role ownership between regions)
