Experience/Domain Knowledge needed:

• Network Routing & Switching, Checkpoint and FortiGate Firewalls and VMWare SDWAN
• Technical Project management ·
•  Cisco Unified Border Element (CUBE) ·
• Session Border Controllers (SBC) ·
• LDAP, AD LDS and Cisco Collaboration Hybrid Solutions ·
• Cisco Webex Meetings, Video Conferencing and Control Hub

Secondary Skills (Secondary skills – good to have):

• Zscaler Internet access and Zscaler Private Access ·
• Virtualisation (VMWare / Nutanix) ·
• AWS / Azure Cloud Technologies ·
•  Familiarity with automation and scripting (Eg. Network Automation) ·
• Familiarity with basic AI tools is considered an advantage.

Responsibilities:

•  · Design and propose high-level and low-level network architectures, including LAN, WAN, SD-WAN, MPLS and cloud connectivity. ·
• Support with Build and upgrade activities for the LAN, WAN, SD-WAN solutions. ·
• Lead end-to-end delivery of infrastructure and network-related projects, ensuring alignment with scope, timeline, budget, and quality standards.
• · Interact with Customers for understanding and supporting their requirements with LAN, WAN, SD-WAN, MPLS, VPN, and cloud connectivity.
•  · Lead solution design workshops and technical presentations for customers and stakeholders.
• · Configure and troubleshoot Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CUCM) Unity Connection, Expressways, Webex Meeting, Webex Video Conferencing Devices and Management via Control Hub ·
• Sound knowledge on LDAP, AD LDS and Cisco Directory Connectors · Produce HLD/LLD documentation for Collaboration solutions.
•  · Create detailed design documents, implementation plans, and BOMs (Bill of Materials).
•  · Ensure proposed solutions meet performance, security, and compliance requirements.
•  · Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in network design and security.
•  · Drive end-to-end project execution—from solutioning, planning, and implementation to testing and operational handover.
