About the Job
We are looking for an Enterprise Solutions Architect to join Paul’s team and lead a major global project, alongside multiple parallel local initiatives. In this role, you will drive alignment across diverse legal topics, architectural landscapes, and business capabilities to establish a scalable global framework.
You will partner closely with our Lead Architect and key stakeholders to shape the target architecture, define standards, and ensure consistency across our company.
Key Responsibilities
- Design scalable and secure software architecture that aligns with business goals and supports long-term growth.
- Ensure smooth project delivery by proactively enabling progress and removing blockers. Gain a deep understanding of each project phase and stakeholder requirements to design and implement solutions that meet both business and technical needs.
- Evaluate and select appropriate technologies to ensure system efficiency, maintainability, future-proofing, and compliance with internal corporate standards.
- Keep track of design choices and architecture to ensure everything is well documented.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and development teams to translate requirements into actionable technical solutions.
Bring to the Team
- Strong experience in enterprise solution architecture, with a proven ability to design and deliver scalable, end-to-end solutions.
- Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to navigate complex decision-making environments at senior leadership level.
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, global setting.
- AI literacy, with a clear interest in leveraging artificial intelligence to enhance processes and drive innovation at an organizational level.
- Curiosity and enthusiasm for staying up to date with the latest technology trends, combined with a solid technical understanding to translate new concepts and ideas into practical solutions.
