Key Responsibilities

  • Manage collections and customer portfolio, including follow-ups, aging analysis, and support to Business Partners
  • Handle payment allocation and financial processing in SAP (including FEBAN and F-110)
  • Perform account reconciliations and control of receivables and suspense accounts
  • Prepare financial reports and overdue debt analysis
  • Manage broker commissions and stakeholder relationships
  • Support internal and external audits and ensure regulatory compliance
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders such as Sales, Operations, Finance, and PIM
  • Contribute to process improvement initiatives
  • Leverage AI tools (such as ChatGPT) to enhance productivity and drive innovation in daily tasks

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in Accounts Receivable, Billing, or Collections
  • Strong experience with SAP and financial reconciliation processes
  • Advanced Excel skills (data analysis, reconciliations, reporting)
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related fields
  • Fluent English (mandatory) and professional Spanish
